The multinational Ford is accepting applications for its 2022 internship program. The opportunities are geared toward the areas of business, products, finance, and technologies. The selection process for the internship positions has already started and will run until October 6. It is important to note that the program is intended for students from the states of Bahia and São Paulo.

Ford Seeks Talents from Bahia and São Paulo in Its Selection Process

To apply, students must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in the areas required by the automaker. The main goal of the program is to find young talents across Bahia and São Paulo.

The internship is a great opportunity for those about to graduate and wishing to enter the job market. To apply for the selection process and compete for the internship positions at the multinational Ford in Bahia and São Paulo, you need to access the automaker’s official website. Select the “Apply Now” box to be redirected to the form.

You will need to fill in the following details: Email, desired city, Full Name, Date of Birth, Age, CPF, Phone, Address, Course of Study, Educational Institution, Expected Graduation Date, Class Schedule, and Course Status. The selection process will include tests with group dynamics, knowledge assessments, and interviews.

According to Ford’s Supervisor of New Talents, Diversity, and Inclusion, the company is looking for students who actively participate in the company’s transition process and have familiarity with the brand and a passion for mobility, innovation, and technology.
