Onesubsea carried out its activity of maintenance of machinery and equipment, engineering services and technical assistance in the city of Macaé in Rio de Janeiro. Now the oil multinational will transfer its activities to its new headquarters in Taubaté.
The municipal administration offered a reduction in the Tax on Services of Any Nature (ISSQN) rate, reaching 2% on all services provided in the municipality for a period of 10 years. The benefit is conditional on the maintenance by the company of the number of employees, billing and other requirements established by Complementary Law nº 184/08.
Onesubsea will create jobs and generate more than R$ 1 million in tax revenue for the city of Taubaté – SP
According to the statement, the multinational Onesubsea will create twenty high-skill jobs and generate more than R$ 1 million in municipal tax revenue.
It is important to emphasize Sedin's continuous effort to attract companies that generate resources, such as revenue and specialized labor, especially at a time like this economic crisis, aggravated by the health crisis in the country.
Stimulate the implementation and expansion of commercial industrial activities, provision of services, scientific and technological research and support and promotion of the development of tourism and the agribusiness are premises of municipal management.
