Multivision Speaks On Job Vacancies In Portugal
According to Edson Leite, so far, Multivision has 43 business partners and the hiring demands are always urgent. In this sense, the job openings offered by the company encompass IT professionals, both Portuguese and foreign.
Portugal is a country with highly qualified professionals; however, it is a small country with limited resources for the existing demands in this area. Thus, its strategy has been to broaden the search for professionals in other countries, such as Brazil, and explore new markets.
Edson emphasizes that the high demand for qualified professionals and the lack of resources in Portugal makes Multivision consider recruiting people from outside the country. For example, Brazil, due to its geographic density and technological innovation, is filled with good professionals in the sectors the company seeks.
The executive states that language and cultural proximity make the company an attractive destination for professionals planning to experience an international career in Europe. At Multivision, half of the employees are of Brazilian nationality; however, the company has a wide diversity of nationalities, with employees from countries such as Nigeria, Poland, Colombia, Angola, Pakistan, Iran, Italy, and Venezuela.
Job Vacancies In Portugal Also Offer Support In Emigration
The hiring of foreign professionals in Portugal presents some challenges, particularly regarding the migration requirements from the consulates of their respective countries of origin, which do not always have available visas.
As such, considering foreign employees, the company offers a support service for international talents, through a partner that provides legal and financial assistance with immigration, as well as help with relocation in Portugal.
Therefore, the visa application, search for qualifications, and documentation with social security or other public bodies are facilitated. In addition, all professionals on contract at Multivision are entitled to training plans, psychological support, health insurance, among other benefits.
