Free ID card issuance, debt renegotiation, social tariff, and legal guidance drive service fair in Serra this Saturday, with concentrated service in Cidade Continental and limited password distribution for residents seeking to resolve issues and access benefits in one location.

Those who need to issue documents, renegotiate debts, or seek legal guidance will have access to a series of free services this Saturday (9), during the “Parceria Legal” (Legal Partnership) event, held in Cidade Continental, Serra, with the participation of public bodies and essential service concessionaires.

Services will be available from 8 AM to 1 PM, at Avenida Sibéria, nº 6 to 10, in Setor Ásia, with passwords distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and an expectation of high demand in the early morning hours.

For the issuance of identity cards, 200 passwords will be available for both first and second copies of the document, with service provided directly on-site by the Scientific Police.

Service Fair brings together ID card issuance and free services in Serra

The purpose of the service fair is to concentrate in a single space services that, in common situations, would require travel to different neighborhoods or service units spread across Greater Vitória.

Under the coordination of Procon Estadual, the initiative brings together teams from the Scientific Police, Public Defender’s Office, EDP, Cesan, and sectors focused on supporting micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses.

For ID card issuance, it will be necessary to present an original and legible birth or marriage certificate, in addition to a recent 3×4 photo, CPF, and updated proof of residence.

As the number of passwords will be limited, service will depend on availability at the time of arrival, which should lead many residents to seek the location even before the official opening.

Documents required to issue an identity card

In addition to documentation-related services, Procon Estadual will handle complaint registrations, provide guidance on consumer relations, and offer support for consumers interested in renegotiating accumulated debts.

With this, residents will be able to seek solutions for situations involving charges, contracts, and outstanding issues with suppliers without having to resort to different service channels.

The Public Defender’s Office will also participate, concentrating services related to Family Law and providing guidance for residents seeking free legal assistance.

Among the services planned are issues related to alimony, divorce, custody, and inventory, as well as specific guidance and possible appointments according to each demand presented.

EDP and Cesan offer social tariff and installment payments

Outstanding basic utility bills can also be resolved during the service fair, without the need to travel to physical branches of the participating concessionaires.

Teams from EDP and Cesan will be available for debt installment services, change of ownership, and registration for the social tariff, a benefit intended for families meeting the criteria required by the companies.

Individual micro-entrepreneurs and people interested in formalizing activities will also have access to services focused on small business management and professional regularization.

The program includes support for MEIs (Individual Micro-entrepreneurs), management consultancies, and guidance on credit lines offered by Nossocrédito for entrepreneurs seeking to expand or reorganize their activities.

Although social services are concentrated on Saturday, the activity in Cidade Continental begins already on Friday (8), with the “Feira Parceria Legal Empreendedor e Consumidor” (Legal Partnership Entrepreneur and Consumer Fair).

In addition to service provision, the event will feature programming focused on gastronomy, crafts, and musical performances held at the same address as the service fair.

Opening the cultural program, DJ Rael takes the stage on Friday at 6 PM, while Cadu Caruso closes the night at 8 PM with a special dedicated to singer and composer Cazuza.

On Saturday, after the service fair’s activities, the musical program will feature performances by Alex Araújo at 6 PM, Grupo Samba de Quintal at 8 PM, and DJ General at 10 PM.

On Sunday (10), the fair continues with DJ Rael at 5 PM, followed by Priscila Ribeiro’s show at 6 PM and the closing with Guilherme Nascimento, featuring a repertoire focused on samba and pagode.

The fair was confirmed in a public notice from Aderes to select entrepreneurs interested in selling products at the event.

The address provided for the program is Avenida Sibéria, no. 6 to 10, Cidade Continental, Setor Ásia, in Serra.

Meanwhile, Avenida Nossa Senhora da Penha, 275, in Vitória, appears as the administrative reference informed in the received material, with no indication of public service at the joint effort.
