The supermarket giant Koch opens its second SuperKoch unit in Balneário Camboriú this Thursday (23), creating more than 100 direct job vacancies in a space of 6,252 m² with checkouts that alternate between human assistance and self-service, bakery, butcher, pastry, and wine cellar sections, as well as a parking lot with a capacity for 200 cars.

The supermarket giant Koch Group reinforces its presence in Balneário Camboriú with the opening of a new SuperKoch unit this Thursday (23), at 8 am, at the address on Quinta Avenida, in the Municípios neighborhood. The operation generates more than 100 direct vacancies with positions available for people from 17 years old, including operational and restocking roles, weekend shifts, and intermittent formats. CEO José Koch stated that the location was chosen due to its high traffic of residents, university students, and local workers.

Technology is one of the differentiators of the new store of the supermarket giant. The checkouts installed in the unit operate in dual mode: the consumer can choose to complete their purchases with the assistance of an attendant or use the self-service system, a dynamic that reduces queues without eliminating the option for human contact. The total area of the store reaches 6,252 m², with parking designed to accommodate up to 200 cars, and the internal layout follows a design aimed at facilitating circulation between the perishable, beverage, and healthy product sections.

The fresh food section concentrates the biggest attractions of the unit.
