Five categories accepted the company’s proposal and established a new agreement for the period 2019-2020. It is worth highlighting that, despite the indication of acceptance by all trade union entities, some categories did not sign the collective agreement by 2/7, the end date of the validity of ACT Mar 2017-2019.
Transpetro emphasizes that it was tireless in seeking an agreement with the trade union entities representing its employees, having been flexible and reviewed several items of its proposal, and reiterates that it is available to the trade union entities should the categories decide to reconsider their position.”
