Chevrolet Onix Plus arrived with everything and surpassed the sales of its rivals, leaving them only second and third place, of the 10 most sold sedans in April! In April, the Chevrolet Onix Plus sold like crazy and maintained its reign on the list of the best-selling sedans in the country, followed by the Fiat Cronos and Toyota Corolla.

But Chevrolet has to be careful because the highlight of the month was the Renault Logan, coming in ninth place with 675 units sold, compared to 140 in the previous month.

Chevrolet Onix defends its title as sales leader in Brazil with style

In April, the Chevrolet Onix Plus, the best-selling sedan of 2023, stylishly secured its position at the top of the market. category ranking also in 2024. In March, the model had registered 3.986 sales, but now in April, this favorite of Brazilians, sold like crazy, and saw this number almost double, reaching 7.049 units sold.

A glitch in the Matrix? The Fiat Cronos surpassed the all-powerful Toyota Corolla and placed second in the month, with 3.403 units sold, according to data provided by Fenabrave.

It is important to note that midsize sedans are losing space and are no longer consumers' preference.

Despite third place, the Toyota Corolla continues to perform well in sales

Even so, the Toyota Corolla continues to perform well in sales, ranking third in April with 3.104 units sold. On the other hand, the Volkswagen Virtus, which had an outstanding performance in March, recorded a drop, selling 2.456 units.

The Hyundai HB20S reached fifth place with 2.065 units sold, followed by the Toyota Yaris Sedan with 1.670 and the Honda City with 1.004 units sold. The Renault Logan was another model that stood out, coming in ninth position with 675 units sold, compared to 140 in the previous month. The BYD Seal, the only electric vehicle that was among the ten best sellers, lost its position to the BMW 320i, which registered 410 units sold this month, while the BYD Seal had 283.
