Why Did Buriti Choose Macaé for the Mega Housing Development?
Buriti real estate and the Macaé City Hall are well aligned in the processes leading up to the construction of the mega development. According to the municipal secretary of Economic Development, Rodrigo Vianna, the licensing issues are progressing. ” The teams from the departments are interacting and simplifying processes”, he said.
For the company’s superintendent, Lúcio Cornachini, there is a projection of growth for the City of Petroleum, and this was a significant factor in choosing the municipality. “We are very pleased to be able to contribute to the city by achieving, during our operation here, almost 100% local hiring for supplies and labor”, he stated.
