Vale is accepting applications until October 1st for 120 positions in the Global Trainee Program for functional areas or the production chain (port, railway, or mine). To participate, you must have graduated from any undergraduate course and have your degree earned between July 2016 and December 2019. Take the opportunity to apply for positions for recent graduates, with a salary of R$ 7,000 and a bonus of R$ 20,000!

The Vale Global Trainee Program is an entry point for those who want to work at one of the largest mining companies in the world. For the company, it is also an opportunity to develop new talents who will occupy strategic positions in the future and support the cultural transformation of the company.

The salary has not been disclosed, but selected candidates will receive compensation commensurate with the position, a private pension plan, group life insurance, medical and dental assistance, pharmacy assistance, and participation in the company’s profits and results.

About the Global Trainee Program Positions

The functional areas include the sectors of Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, among others.

For the production chain, candidates are required to have a degree in Geology or Engineering.

Applicants will go through the following stages: online test, online panels, and an interview. The results are expected to be released in December, and the selected individuals will start working at the company in January 2020.

The program lasts 12 months, during which trainees will have the opportunity to participate in behavioral and technical development activities related to the business, according to their areas of expertise and career interests, as well as develop projects applicable to the company’s daily operations.

Requirements

To participate, candidates must have graduated from any undergraduate course. The company requires candidates to have advanced English, a digital mindset, teamwork spirit, strategic vision, and availability to travel and even relocate.
