Applications Open for the Global Trainee Program 2024 at Volkswagen Trucks and Buses.

Volkswagen Trucks and Buses has opened applications for the Global Trainee Program 2024, aimed at recent graduates. The company is looking for talent for its factory in Resende (RJ) and offices in São Paulo (SP). The application deadline is July 26.

Volkswagen Trucks and Buses, part of the Traton Group and recognized as the best company to work for in the State of Rio and seventh in Brazil according to the Great Place to Work ranking, has launched the Global Trainee Program 2024. The positions are intended for recent graduates, and the initiative serves as a gateway for new talent, alongside the international trainee program of the TRATON Group.

How to Apply for the Volkswagen Trucks and Buses Selection Process

Those interested in participating in Volkswagen’s trainee program must apply by July 26. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to develop skills in a diverse experience, getting to know the daily life of a multinational company and possibly experiencing international opportunities in Germany, Sweden, and the United States. Emphasizing its commitment to Diversity & Inclusion, the trainee program at Volkswagen Trucks and Buses is affirmative for Black individuals, aiming to form multicultural and diverse teams. To apply, it is necessary to have completed a degree between December 2020 and December 2022. The selection process includes an online test, group dynamics, and an interview.
