UEM has released the Notice 109/2024, which offers spots for those who participated in the ENEM between 2009 and 2023 and wish to enroll in a public and free higher education course, without the need for an entrance exam or other tests. The aim is to fill remaining spots in courses previously authorized by the university.

The Biological Sciences course has spots available in various cities. These are: Assaí with 16 spots, Astorga with 15 spots, Bela Vista do Paraíso with 16 spots, Cidade Gaúcha with 16 spots, Goioerê with 16 spots, Londrina with 14 spots, Nova Londrina with 16 spots, and Sarandi with 10 spots.
For the Physics course, the spots are distributed among the following locations: Bela Vista do Paraíso with 13 spots, Goioerê with 13 spots, Pato Branco with 18 spots, Londrina with 20 spots, and Umuarama with 20 spots.
Those wishing to study History can apply for spots in Astorga (13), Bela Vista do Paraíso (14), Cianorte (13), Cruzeiro do Oeste (13), Engenheiro Beltrão (13), Goioerê (15), Tamarana (8), and Umuarama (10).
The Languages (Portuguese/English) course offers opportunities in the cities of Arapongas with 11 spots, Astorga with 17 spots, Cidade Gaúcha with 16 spots, Flor da Serra do Sul with 15 spots, Paranavaí with 13 spots, São João do Ivaí with 13 spots, Sarandi with 1 spot, and Umuarama with 11 spots.
For the Pedagogy course, spots are available in Assaí (9), Astorga (9), Bela Vista do Paraíso (10), Cidade Gaúcha (10), Engenheiro Beltrão (8), Faxinal (1), Goioerê (3), Itambé (2), Jaguapitã (12), Nova Londrina (7), Paranavaí (11), Sarandi (1), and Umuarama (8).
Eligible candidates are those who participated in the ENEM from 2009 onwards and who did not score zero on any of the tests, including the essay, for the second stage of the Process of Utilizing Remaining Spots for the 2024 Distance Learning Entrance Exam.
