REGAP, RAMAN, LUBNOR, and SIX Refineries Are Part of Petrobras’ Second Sales Package, Announced on This Day 13 by the Company Itself
Petrobras, steadfast in its divestment plan, announced on the morning of this Friday (13) another batch of refineries to be privatized, which are REGAP, RAMAN, LUBNOR, and SIX. The first batch, which includes RLAM, REVAP, REPAL, and Rnest, already has over 20 interested parties (see here).

- REGAP (Gabriel Passos Refinery) – located in the city of Betim, in the state of Minas Gerais, it can process about 166,000 barrels daily, and among its assets, it holds oil pipelines stretching over 720 kilometers.
- REMAN (Isaac Sabbá Refinery or Manaus Refinery) – located in the city of Manaus, in the state of Amazonas, it can process 46,000 barrels of oil daily and also has attached storage facilities.
- LUBNOR (Northeast Lubricants and Oil Derivatives) – located in the city of Mucuripe, in the state of Ceará, it processes 8,000 barrels per day and is the only one in Brazilian territory capable of producing naphthenic lubricants.
- SIX (Shale Industrialization Unit) – located in the municipality of São Mateus do Sul, in the state of Paraná, it can process 8,000 barrels per day and its main products are asphalt and lubricants.

In the last oil auctions promoted by ANP on September 10, 45 exploratory blocks were sold, mainly in the northeast.
