For offshore chefs, the requirement is a complete high school education, a course of at least 200 hours, and one year of experience as an offshore chef or two years as an offshore cook.

The candidate must also possess CBSP, T-HUET, and mandatory certifications. There are 25 openings, all offshore, and the City Hall of Macaé emphasizes the importance of formal proof of culinary experience.

Offshore Governance

The offshore governance position requires a complete high school education, a 64-hour steward course, and a minimum of one year recorded in CTPS as governance or two years as an offshore chambermaid. The candidate needs to have CBSP, T-HUET, MCIA/ALPH, RBAC 175, and AVSEC 110.

The schedule is entirely offshore, with 25 positions available, and it is essential to prove experience in the role. The City Hall of Macaé stresses that the selection prioritizes candidates with a solid background in maritime governance.

Offshore Gastronomist

The position requires technical or higher education in gastronomy, eight years of experience as an offshore chef or two years as a gastronomist, along with CBSP and T-HUET. There are four positions, all for offshore work, with proof of experience required.

This position requires a complete higher education in nutrition with CRN from the 4th region, two years of experience in the role, a postgraduate degree in sanitary surveillance, and CBSP and T-HUET certificates. There are five offshore positions, with proven experience essential.

Offshore Technical Repairer

This role requires a complete technical education in electrotechnics or mechanics (with an electrical course for mechanics), six months of experience as an offshore repairer or electrician, and certifications CBSP, T-HUET, MCIA/ALPH, RBAC 175, and AVSEC 110. There are 25 offshore openings available.

Offshore Saloon Keeper

The offshore saloon keeper position requires a complete high school education, a 64-hour course, and six months of experience as a saloon keeper or waiter, or one year as an offshore chambermaid.

CBSP, T-HUET, and BOMBAV/MCIA are mandatory. There are 30 positions, all for offshore work. The City Hall of Macaé informs that the role requires customer service skills and organizational abilities.
