The multinational Shell has applications open for its new selection process, which seeks young entrepreneurs in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Shell opens enrollment for its entrepreneurship program – Shell Iniciativa Jovem. Vacancies are open to all young high school entrepreneurs residing in the city of Rio de Janeiro. New Leader Aviation selection process demands many job openings for Rio de Janeiro, Macaé and other regions.

Responsible for the development of more than 10 new businesses, the Shell Iniciativa Jovem project turns 20 this year and helps create a network of sustainable enterprises.

Currently, more than 250 companies are part of the group, formed by participants who stand out and receive the Sustainable Enterprise Seal in an event that takes place annually.

The Shell Iniciativa Jovem program seeks to encourage the generation of work and income and help entrepreneurs to develop, form collaborative networks and prosper their ideas, creating creative solutions to market demands in a socially responsible manner.

  • Willingness to have your own business
  • Age between 20 and 34 years
  • Complete High School
  • Fixed address in Rio de Janeiro
  • Availability to dedicate yourself to the Program
  • In case of partnership, those who claim to participate in the program, please register individually

The program is run by CIEDS (Integrated Center for Sustainable Development Studies and Programs). Entrepreneurs who participate in this initiative are engaged in joint activities, such as lectures and workshops, which aim to bring them closer together and encourage networking.
