The Government of Alagoas is offering several internship positions for students of various courses. The internship program offers salaries compatible with the market for up to 2 years
The government of Alagoas has just opened more than 550 internship positions for students distributed across 43 areas of undergraduate knowledge. Applications for the internship program started this Friday (25) and can be made until the 11th of next month. The approved students will receive transportation assistance and a salary equivalent to one minimum wage for a period of up to two years.

Understand How the Selection Process for Internship Positions in Alagoas Will Work
The selection process for the internship program will take place entirely online, and its main criterion will be the Students’ Grade Point Average, which measures performance at the end of each academic term throughout the course. However, the number of positions available per selected course will also be taken into consideration.
According to Fabrício Marques Santos, State Secretary of Planning, the internship program also comes with a strong affirmative policy, as it offers a great opportunity for students planning to enter the job market and gain professional experience.

It is worth noting that 10% of the positions are reserved for people with disabilities (PWD), 10% for general competition, 40% for students from Alagoas registered in CadÚnico, and 40% of the remaining positions for students who attended all of high school in public schools or in schools with scholarships. The program is developed through the Department of Planning, Management, and Heritage (Seplag). The state’s internship program already has a registration of more than 25 educational institutions and is valid for both in-person and distance courses.

Students enrolled in higher education institutions can participate in the internship program. Candidates must be attending the second year of annual periodic courses in person or the third semester in case of semester periodic courses. Once this is done, an email will be sent with the password. With the login and password provided by the system, candidates will be able to access the system and apply for the Program.
