Applications for Full Scholarships in Online Professional Courses from Harvard Business Publishing Are Now Open, Ending on September 28

The Santander Universities program is offering 100% discount scholarships for online professional courses at Harvard Business Publishing, and applications are now open. In total, there are 3 programs available: “Business Fundamentals”; “Career Preparation” and “Self-Management.” Each program lasts for 9 weeks, and classes will be conducted in Spanish, English, or Portuguese.

The scholarship program for Harvard Business Publishing – an institution offering courses in Portuguese – aims to provide participants with new concepts and skills through practical courses to develop their professional careers. The criteria for scholarship applications are that the candidate must be over 18 years old, fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, or English, and reside in one of the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Mexico, United States, Germany, Spain, Poland, Portugal, or the United Kingdom.

The courses from Harvard Business Publishing include personalized content, practical exercises among participants, interactions, virtual debates facilitated by instructors, among other learning activities.

Business Fundamentals: Business Case Development; Performance Measurement; Negotiation; Customer Focus; Finance Fundamentals and Marketing Fundamentals.

According to the Harvard Business Publishing website, participants will be taught about the core fundamentals of finance, marketing for decision-making, communication, and other competencies aimed at aligning and ensuring consistency in work, as well as understanding the customer more efficiently and learning how to conduct and prepare for a negotiation.

Career Preparation: Goal Setting; Leveraging Your Networks; Feedback Fundamentals; Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging; Innovation and Creativity and Presentation Skills.

The program page states that students will learn about inclusive culture and how to build a network. Additionally, they will understand why goals matter, the different types of goals, and how to align them with organizational objectives; they will build confidence to give and receive effective feedback and develop the natural curiosity to make intelligent risk decisions.

Self-Management: Decision Making; Persuading Others; Time Management; Career Management; Difficult Interactions and Stress Management.

According to the program page from Harvard, students will, through the course, be able to manage a rewarding career and find opportunities and challenges along the way, as well as make smarter and more objective choices. Furthermore, they will also learn about self-awareness, how to achieve better results, and how to use time more efficiently and with less stress.

How to Apply for One of the 5,000 Offered Scholarships

Those interested in applying for one of the full scholarships for the previously mentioned Harvard courses must register on the program platform Santander Universities and apply on the scholarship program page. After applying, candidates will receive an email containing a link to complete the application form with additional information. Each individual is allowed to apply for only one of the programs, and students who complete the program will receive certificates signed by Harvard Business Publishing. The application period ends on September 28, 2022.
