Embraer Program in Partnership with ITA Offers Professional Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering, Lasting 18 Months, Scholarship of R$ 5,000, Annual Adjustment, and Exclusive Benefits in Hybrid Format with On-site and Remote Classes.
Embraer, in partnership with ITA, has opened registrations for the Specialization Program in Engineering (PEE).
There are 45 spots for newly graduated engineers, in an 18-month course that grants a professional master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, recognized by CAPES/MEC.
The selected candidates will receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 5,000, with an adjustment of 20% after 12 months. Classes are scheduled to start in February 2026, and the registration deadline is September 7, 2025.

Registrations, Deadlines and Start of Classes
The calendar provides for registrations between July 1 and September 7, 2025. By September 26, candidates will be called for the technical exam.
The technical and English assessment will take place on October 12, followed by group dynamics and interviews in November.
The results will be released in December, and the program will start in early 2026; all stages are free and conducted online.

Who Can Apply
The selection process is aimed at professionals who graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
Nearly 30 engineering fields are included, such as Aeronautical or Aerospace, Environmental, Automotive, Civil, Computing, Control and Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Energy, Physics, Manufacturing, Materials, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgical, Mining, Naval, Nuclear, Petroleum, Production, Chemical, Robotics, Systems, Software, Telecommunications, and Transport.
Another requirement is to have advanced English.
What the Course Will Be Like
The PEE combines practical and academic training.
Part of the classes takes place on-site at Embraer and ITA facilities in São José dos Campos (SP), while another part is conducted online.
The program is organized into stages, ranging from fundamentals in aeronautics and integration with company teams to the development of an aircraft project.
At the end, each participant presents and defends their dissertation within 12 months after the start of the final phase.
Scholarship and Benefits
During the course, students join as scholarship holders of the Casimiro Montenegro Filho Foundation.
The initial remuneration is R$ 5,000, increasing to R$ 6,000 during the project stage, after one year of participation.
This includes medical and dental plans, life insurance, and meal vouchers. The workload is full-time, from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Selection Process Stages
The selection starts with registration and online English test.
Next, there will be a technical exam, consisting of multiple-choice questions covering core engineering subjects.
The approved candidates move on to group dynamics and interviews. The final results will be sent via email, and enrollment must be done between December 2025 and January 2026.
Academic Recognition and Partnership

The diploma will be issued by the Technological Institute of Aeronautics, with official recognition by CAPES/MEC.
According to Embraer, the PEE has been offered for over 20 years and has graduated several classes.
Many participants are hired by the company after phase 3, always according to the company’s needs.
When a vacancy is available, acceptance is mandatory.

Although the selection process is completely online, classes occur in a hybrid format.
There will be in-person meetings in São José dos Campos, both at Embraer and ITA, as well as remote activities.

It is necessary to complete the CV, answer additional questions, and finish the English test within the registration period.
