Main Responsibilities of the Junior Support Analyst
The selected professional for the position will be responsible for several activities, including:
- Specialized Technical Support: Remote support to resolve technical issues and enhance user experience.

- Currently enrolled in or graduated from Information Systems, Computer Science, Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

- Previous experience in the public sector or knowledge of marketing policies aimed at municipalities will be considered a plus.
