Main Responsibilities of the Junior Support Analyst

The selected professional for the position will be responsible for several activities, including:

Specialized Technical Support: Remote support to resolve technical issues and enhance user experience.
Call Logging and Follow-up: Documentation and forwarding of requests to the responsible teams.
