The enrollments, which are completely free, started this Monday (7/15) and will run until August 2, via the IFB selection process website. The available courses cover various areas, such as safety, technology, logistics, mechanics, agriculture, kitchen, gastronomy, secretariat, handicrafts, and much more. Details Of Vacancies And Selection Processes
According to the Federal Institute of Brasília, there are 25 courses available across nine IFB units: Ceilândia, Estrutural, Gama, Planaltina, Recanto das Emas, Riacho Fundo, Samambaia, São Sebastião, and Taguatinga. The selection of candidates will be conducted through an electronic lottery, ensuring transparency and equal opportunities for all applicants.

The courses last one and a half years and are offered in three modalities:
- Subsequent: For those who have already completed high school.
- Proeja: For students completing the stage in Adult Education.
- Concomitant: For students in agricultural education.
Quota System: Inclusion And Diversity
The IFB is also committed to social inclusion and diversity. In addition to open competition, the institute provides vacancies through the quota system for different groups:
- People with disabilities
- Public school students
- Black, brown, indigenous, and quilombola individuals
- Members of the family farming system
- Employees of the Department of Education of the Federal District
- Candidates with a family income lower than one minimum wage
To prove eligibility for the quotas, it is necessary to submit documents such as a medical report, socioeconomic evaluation form, or self-declaration of racial recognition, as specified in the selection notice.
