Availability and Access to the Program
The availability of the CNH Popular Program varies by state and is managed locally. States such as Acre, Alagoas, Amapá, Amazonas, Ceará, Distrito Federal, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, Sergipe, and Roraima are among the participants.
