Petrobras Unit Achieves Record Operational Availability Rate in October, with Integrated Performance and High Reliability of Units.
The Paulínia Refinery, known as Replan-SP, achieved a record rate of 98.2% in its Operational Availability (OA) indicator in November 2024. This index reflects the availability of Petrobras’ assets in relation to its reference capacity, considering capacity losses due to factors inherent to its operation during the analyzed period. The achievement of this result is the result of the joint work of the refinery teams, focused on the reliability of the units and the availability of the assets, in partnership with Logistics and other areas of the company, seeking to seize market opportunities and add value to Petrobras.
This performance highlights Replan’s commitment to the efficiency and profitability of its operations, always in accordance with the company’s SMS values and with the strategy of total attention to people, contributing to the advancement of Petrobras and the country. Replan is the largest refinery in the Petrobras system in crude oil processing capacity, being responsible for approximately 25% of all petroleum derivatives produced in the system, supplying markets in the Southeast and Midwest of Brazil.
