Steel Distributor Announces Multimillion-Dollar Investment in New Factory in Espírito Santo, Expected to Generate 900 Jobs in the Region. The Project Promises to Strengthen the Local Economy and Boost the Industrial Sector.

Sampaio Steel Distributor Launched on Monday (23) the Groundbreaking for Its New Factory in the Industrial Pole of Mimoso do Sul, Contributing to Job Creation for Hundreds of Professionals in Espírito Santo. The Project, with a Multimillion-Dollar Investment, Will Be the First to Be Installed in the Pole, Located Along the BR-101, and Received Support from the State Government, Through the Secretary of Development (Sedes), in Partnership with the Municipal City Hall.

New Steel Factory Will Contribute to the Generation of 900 Jobs

The Event Was Attended by Renato Casagrande, Governor of the State, Ricardo Ferraço, Vice Governor and Secretary of State for Development, and Eduardo Sampaio, President of the Company. Also Present Were the CEO of ArcelorMittal Flat Steel LATAM, Jorge Oliveira, the Director of EDP, Fernando Saliba, Besides Other Businessmen and Local Authorities.

According to the Company President, Eduardo Sampaio, the New Factory in Mimoso do Sul Is Already Larger Than Its Unit in Santa Catarina. The Arrival in Espírito Santo Was a Strategic Decision for the Company.

Besides the Great Reception from the State and the Tax Incentives, the Company Is Close to ArcelorMittal, Its Steel Supplier, and the Major Consumer Markets.
