The new offer, updated biweekly by the Industry News Agency, gathers 25,600 slots in SENAI schools and 34,800 in the digital environment.
The options range from fully in-person classes to hybrid and online models.
The courses are concentrated in strategic areas for the Brazilian economy, including information technology, artificial intelligence, oil and gas, construction, and renewable energies.
Student Profile and Career Impact
The audience that most seeks the training consists of young people aged 18 to 29, an age group that often looks for the first formal job.
Nonetheless, there is a growing interest from professionals already in the market and individuals in the process of reskilling.
According to the institution, there are even students over 60 years old seeking updates.
The manager of Professional and Higher Education at SENAI, Mateus Simões, states that this movement is driven by the direct impact of the courses on employability.
He explains that many students find jobs right after completing classes or manage to advance in their careers within the companies where they already work.
For Simões, this quick return is the result of training aligned with the real demands of the industry.
Expanding Areas and Constant Course Updates
Simões also points out that traditional sectors such as logistics, construction, and food and beverages continue to demand a large volume of qualified professionals.
However, there is a consistent expansion in areas related to digitalization and industrial automation.
The interest in courses on information technology, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation has increased significantly.
According to the manager, these skills have become transversal and started to influence nearly all productive sectors.
To keep the curricula updated, SENAI works with sector committees that bring together industry representatives.
These groups help define the profile of professionals that companies need, guiding the institution in updating content, skills, and teaching methodologies.
The direct participation of the productive sector, according to Simões, ensures that the courses reflect market demands.
Employability Above 86% and Salary Growth
The superintendent of Professional and Higher Education, Felipe Morgado, highlights that SENAI’s technical courses register over 86% employability among graduates.
The index, monitored by the institution, is considered one of the main indicators of the impact of training on students’ trajectories.
Additionally, Morgado explains that graduates have observed an average income increase of 24% after completing the technical course.
He states that the salary gain is related to higher qualification and the demand for specialized professionals in strategic areas of the industry.
