At SENAI, it is possible to specialize online, with the opportunity for free courses. The offers are mainly in the Marketplace, with over 72,000 spots available through Mundo SENAI.
The spots will be allocated at the discretion of Firjan SENAI in Initiation, Qualification, Improvement, or Technical courses offered in the morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.

SENAC offers a free technical course in Logistics starting in June: there are 25 spots and in-person training in Três Lagoas (MS).

Firjan Senai offers 320 free spots in Nova Friburgo and includes courses ranging from programming to industrial fashion.

Check the Free Courses and Requirements Below to Compete for the Open Positions Offered by SENAI
Professional Initiation Courses – Short courses that aim to awaken the youth’s interest in work and prepare them for performing basic functions.
Professional Qualification Courses – Longer courses that develop competencies for a profession in the industry, preparing for the job market. They have a minimum workload of 160 hours, depending on the course and the area.
Professional Improvement Courses – Short courses for the updating or improvement of professionals. For these courses, candidates must have prior knowledge or experience in the area or related field.
Technical Courses – Mid-level courses that train professionals with broader knowledge within a technological area, usually involving process supervision and control. To take them, you need to be enrolled or have completed high school.
Requirements: Have your own CPF; Be at least 16 years old; Have a gross monthly family income per capita of up to 1.5 federal minimum wage, which must be proven through self-declaration (to verify this requirement, add the gross incomes of all family members and divide by the total number of members. If the amount is equal to or less than 1.5 minimum wage, you meet the requirement). Meet the minimum educational requirement for the professional area of your interest.
Candidates will be called, following the order of registration on this platform, in case there are available spots beyond the planned and offered free classes through local or centralized Firjan SENAI announcements.
SENAI also offers nearly 23,793 exclusive spots in the states. The offers are in 11 states and can be accessed on the websites of the federations.
The region with the most courses available is São Paulo, with 15,282 spots available throughout the state. There are over 1,411 courses, and all areas can be checked on the Mundo SENAI/SP page. However, there are also spots in other 23 states across the country.
