The SENAI Training Center “Celso Charuri” was created through an agreement made by SENAI, the General Central of Tithing, and the Pro-Life Association, Municipality of Rafard (SP), and began its activities on March 21, 1998, with the mission of meeting the needs for skilled labor in the regional job market.

The Rafard (SP) school has more than 5 types of multifunctional classrooms, more than 5 laboratories, more than 8 workshops, and an auditorium with a capacity for more than 100 people, which is equipped with audiovisual resources.
