Training Focused on Productivity and Innovation in Education
The program aims to prepare teachers to explore artificial intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, in order to transform the teaching and learning process.
The free course has two main focuses: increasing teacher productivity through the automation of administrative tasks and grading tests, and improving the student experience with personalized classes and more efficient pedagogy planning.
In addition, the content also addresses ethical issues and best practices in the use of AI, reinforcing the importance of responsible use of new technologies within the educational environment.
According to Marcio Giannico, senior head of Governments, Institutions, Universities, and Universia at Santander in Brazil, “Mastering AI techniques allows for expanding knowledge and strengthening pedagogical thinking. With Santander EducaIA, educators will be able to enhance teaching through tools that enable focusing on student development.”
Course Structure and Schedule
With a total workload of 19 hours, Santander EducaIA has been developed to combine video lessons, interactive live sessions, practical exercises, and a final challenge.
This methodology ensures that participants can immediately apply what they learned in the course, integrating AI tools into their daily activities.
The program is open to teachers of all education levels, including pedagogical coordinators and other education professionals.
However, 50% of the scholarships will be allocated to university teachers.
The course schedule is as follows:
November 13 to 19: release of the first list of approved participants;
November 21 to 23: disclosure of the second list;
December 1: start of the study track;
January 31, 2026: final deadline for completion and certification.
Education and Technology: A New Era for Teachers
Santander EducaIA emerges at a time when artificial intelligence is increasingly present in schools and universities, requiring new skills from educators.
The mastery of these tools can help teachers plan more dynamic lessons, optimize time, and personalize learning according to each student’s profile.
The expectation is that upon completing the program, participants will not only master the use of AI but also understand how to apply this knowledge to improve student performance and modernize teaching.
Opportunity for Those Who Want to Innovate in Education
With the advancement of technology and the popularization of artificial intelligence, Santander EducaIA represents a unique opportunity for free and certified training.
The initiative reinforces the bank’s commitment to digital inclusion and the professional development of Brazilian educators.
By offering scholarships and training in artificial intelligence, the project aims to strengthen the role of teachers as agents of transformation, allowing them to use new tools in a practical, ethical, and strategic manner in the teaching process.
