Technical skills
- Higher Education, Studying Engineering or Technologist: Mechanics, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Electronics, Mechatronics or Production (ongoing or completed);
- At least 05 years of experience in Leadership in the Production area;
- Experience as an Engineer or Analyst in Process & Production Engineering;
- Intermediate level English (minimum)
- Knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949 and ISO 14001) and production-oriented methods (FMEA, Control Chart, CEP, etc.);
- Knowledge in lubricants or petroleum derivatives desirable.
Description of Activities
Elaborate procedures and work instructions for activities related to the productive areas;
Suggest adequate resources for all activities through analysis and observation of processes;
Monitor processes with a focus on reducing losses;
Control and act with plans in the KPI's of Production and Processes;
Elaborate worksheets of production controls and processes;
Implement and control production processes, procedures and act in continuous improvement;
Monitor internal and external audits at the factory; etc.
