Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, Pursuing Engineering or Technology: Mechanical, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Production (in progress or completed);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production leadership;
- Experience as a Process & Production Engineer or Analyst;
- Intermediate English level (minimum)
- Knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949 and ISO 14001) and production-oriented methods (FMEA, Control Chart, SPC, etc.);
- Knowledge in lubricants or petroleum derivatives is desirable.
Activity Description
Prepare procedures and work instructions for activities related to production areas;
Suggest appropriate resources for all activities through analysis and observation of processes;
Monitor processes focusing on loss reduction;
Control and act with plans on Production and Process KPIs;
Prepare production and process control spreadsheets;
Implement and control production processes, procedures, and engage in continuous improvement;
Oversee internal and external audits in the factory; etc.
