Opportunity In The Industrial Area
Senai is looking for Intermittent Junior Consultants to work on the optimization of ceramic processes in factories in the state of Santa Catarina.
The main function of this professional is technical consulting focused on thermal energy efficiency, helping companies reduce waste and increase productivity.
The selected consultants will participate in specific projects, with an estimated duration of 100 hours each, and will have direct contact with the reality of the industries, applying their knowledge in practice.
The intermittent model allows for alternating work periods with inactivity, ensuring flexibility for the professional.
Who Can Apply?
The position requires some fundamental criteria to ensure that the consultant can act effectively in the companies of the sector. Among the basic requirements are:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of six months in the area of ceramic processes or thermal energy efficiency;
- Academic Background: Technological or higher education in electrical, mechanical, energy, or control and automation;
- License: Valid Category B driver’s license;
- Availability for Travel: The job involves frequent travel to different locations, so being flexible to travel is essential.
In addition, knowledge of ceramic manufacturing processes is considered a differential in the selection process.
Work Model And Benefits
The position follows a hybrid model, allowing the consultant to work on-site in the factories and perform administrative tasks remotely.
The weekly workload is 40 hours, distributed from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
In financial terms, the remuneration is R$ 30.53 per hour, which may vary according to the number of projects completed. Despite the intermittent contract, some benefits are offered to consultants, such as:
- Group life insurance;
- Funeral assistance;
- Transportation voucher (valid for the city of assignment);
- Travel costs covered by the company in case of trips to other cities.
How To Participate In The Selection Process
The selection process consists of several stages, ensuring that candidates are evaluated fairly and transparently.
Applications are now open and can be submitted until February 10, 2025. Check the main dates of the process:
- Resume Analysis: February 11, with results announced on the same day;
- Cultural Fit and Competency Test: Between February 12 and 13 (conducted online);
- Document Analysis: From February 14 to 17;
- Online Interview: February 18, starting at 9 am;
- Final Result Announcement: February 19, at 5:15 pm.
