Senai Opens Position With Attractive Salary and 100% Remote Work: Ideal Opportunity to Start in the Technology Field!

SENAI of Santa Catarina has opened a position for Junior Systems Analyst with 100% remote work, a salary of R$ 4,859.88, and an indefinite contract.

This is a rare opportunity for entry-level professionals in the technology field, as it combines competitive compensation with the flexibility of remote work.

To apply, it is necessary to have technical or higher education in Information Technology and a minimum of six months of experience in support, analysis, or development.

The work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

The selection process includes stages of cultural fit testing, practical evaluation, and interview, assessing both technical skills and alignment with SENAI’s organizational culture.

How Will the Selection Process Be?

Applications will be open from June 3 to 8, 2025, exclusively through the Pandapé platform.

Resumes will not be accepted via email or attachments, so correct and complete filling in the platform is essential to advance.

The first stage is the FIT Cultural & Competencies test, scheduled for June 9 and 10.

This aims to identify the candidate’s alignment with SENAI’s values, valuing diversity and collaboration.

Next, candidates will move on to the practical evaluation, which involves a technical challenge: improving a fictional system with basic SQL, requirements gathering, pseudocode, and using Git for version control.

Experts recommend organizing the work with frequent commits and clear presentation for evaluation.

Finally, on June 18 and 19, an online interview will be conducted, focusing on the technical solution presented and behavioral competencies such as communication and teamwork.

What Does SENAI Expect From the Remote Environment?

SENAI/SC emphasizes the importance of having an adequate infrastructure, such as a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps), a computer with a modern processor, 8 GB of RAM, and SSD.

In addition to the technical part, comfort is essential: ergonomic chair, appropriate lighting, and external monitor contribute to productivity and worker health.

Regarding security, the use of VPN, updated antivirus, and frequent backups are essential to protect data and the integrity of remote work.

Benefits and Environment at SENAI/SC

Working at SENAI/SC means joining an institution with a long tradition in professional training and technology.

The company offers continuous training programs, participation in hackathons, and incentives for innovation.

In addition to an attractive salary, the environment prioritizes the balance between personal and professional life, providing support for mental health and fixed hours to ensure stability.

Trends for Junior Analysts in the IT Field in 2025

The technology market is constantly evolving, and to stand out, the junior systems analyst should develop skills in Low-Code, No-Code, DevOps, and data analysis platforms.

Knowledge in SQL, Git, continuous integration, and containers are differentiators that increase chances of professional success.

Soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and self-management in remote work are also essential to ensure efficiency and teamwork, even from a distance.
