New Features of the Electric Car
The new Dolphin electric car is being produced on the modern e-platform, which features blade-shaped batteries, considered the most advanced in the world, exclusively used by BYD. In addition, these batteries are also considered safer, offered in configurations of 30.7 kWh and 44.9 kWh, reaching between approximately 300 km and 400 km.
The initial versions of the electric car had a length of 4.1m and contained a front motor of 95hp, with 18.3 kgfm. Now, the electric car will feature greater power, of 176 hp and 29.6 kgfm. As a result, the electric car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in about 7.5 seconds.
Besides all this new performance, the BYD electric car has a cabin with decoration similar to other models from the brand, the Song Plus and Yuan Plus. The instrument panel consists of a minimalist 5” display, and the multimedia center has another 12.8” display.
