Some Descriptions:

• Monitor vehicles to ensure loading and unloading according to deadlines agreed with customers;
• Release requests for orders received from the customer portfolio to the logistics coordinators and register fleet information in customer portals when necessary;
• Provide customer support with vehicle tracking, CTE issuances, delivery forecasts, delivery routes, driver data, and delivery receipts;
• Support the coordinator in resolving issues of returns, note exchanges, damages, loading and unloading schedules, and loading orders;
• Monitor and forecast vehicle lead times for customer deliveries;

Logistics Coordinator

Supervision/ Coordination – Goiânia

Some Descriptions:

• Provide support to fleet drivers, in person or by phone, to clarify doubts or provide assistance regarding trips, loading and unloading, routes, stopping points, next destination, sending macros, among others.
• Monitor drivers’ trips through trackers, identifying the status of trips and changes in routes for proper handling.
• Track the overall performance of drivers, analyzing macro submissions, speed excesses, fuel economy average, among others, aiming to identify low performance or operational problems for appropriate actions with management/coordinators.

Logistics Assistant

Junior/ Trainee – Maringá

• Creation, validation, and maintenance of routes;
• Registration of Polygons in the GR system;
• Conducting fleet checklists via phone;
• Carry out mirror processes for risk managers;
• Provide support for handling and boarding of Macros;

Maintenance Coordinator

Supervision/ Coordination – São Paulo

• Manage the entire team of employees in the maintenance sector of support bases located in São Paulo-SP, Cajamar-SP, and Valinhos-SP, monitoring performance and compliance with functions, developing performance indicators to provide information to management.
• Periodically visit support bases to provide necessary support and assistance to ensure that maintenance operations follow pre-established procedures to guarantee that processes occur according to established guidelines.
• Seek and propose improvements in processes aimed at control, productivity, and robustness of processes and information.
