The Selection Process of ANP Has Over 40 Job Openings for Professionals with Higher Education
The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) announced on June 29 the opening of its newest selection process, which has 48 job openings for workers with higher education. The job opportunities cover the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Manaus, Porto Alegre, Salvador, and São Paulo.
The salary for each position will be R$ 6,130.00, with a weekly workload of 40 hours to be fulfilled.
The ANP Job Openings Will Be Distributed As Follows:
- Fuel Production Inspection (2);
- Fuel Inspection and Production II (3);
- Infrastructure and Transportation Inspection (3);
- Regulation of New Attributions (1);
- Regulation of New Attributions II (3);
- Regulation of New Attributions III (4);
- Regulation of New Attributions IV (1);
- Regulation of New Attributions V (1);
- Supply Inspection (30).
Applications for Job Openings
For interested candidates to apply for ANP’s job openings, it is necessary to meet some requirements, including being of legal age (at least 18 years old), being up to date with electoral obligations – and also military obligations for male candidates – holding a graduation degree and a properly registered diploma for completion of a higher education course in Engineering or Industrial Chemistry, Law, Economics, Economic Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or any other field of study, according to the specific position, among others.

Applications for the job openings in the ANP selection process will start at 10 AM on July 11 and will extend until 6 PM on August 1. To apply, candidates must access the Cebraspe website and pay a fee of R$ 149.40. However, it is possible to request an exemption, as long as the candidates meet the criteria established in the announcement, which can be accessed through this link.
How the Selection Process Will Take Place
All candidates will undergo an objective evaluation (exam), which includes content of general knowledge and specific area questions, as stated in the announcement. Additionally, a title evaluation will also be applied to the positions, except for the supply inspection position. The objective exam is scheduled to take place on September 25 of this year, lasting four hours to complete.
The selection process for ANP’s job openings has a validity period of only two years, starting from the date of publication of the final results of the approved candidates for each position. After this period, the process may be extended for an additional two years.
