The government of São Paulo has just announced the expansion of the program 'Ready for the World', providing exchange vacancies entirely funded by the state. The big news? Now, students from the networks municipal will also be able to embark on this journey abroad.
All-expenses-paid exchange program with scholarship abroad
As exchange vacancies are intended for students who are completing the 9th grade of elementary school. The selection will be made through Saresp (School Performance Assessment System of the State of São Paulo). Those approved will be entitled to:

The first students to receive the exchange vacancies returned to Brazil this week, after spending three months immersed in English courses in United Kingdom and New Zealand. The program also includes options in Canada and Australia, offering a range of cutting-edge cultural and educational experiences.
Tarcísio government increases investment in education
The announcement of the expansion of exchange vacancies was made by the governor Tarcisio de Freitas, who took advantage of the event to announce a package of investments in municipal education. According to him, they will be transferred R $ million 50,2 for 42 city halls, as part of a total of R $ million 294,8 in works, acquisition of school buses and equipment for schools.
