Additionally, the study identified 10 technical courses with over 90% employability, establishing them as the best options for those seeking stability and professional opportunities in the short term.

Leading the list of technical courses with over 90% employability in Brazil, the industrial machinery maintenance program aims to qualify professionals in the planning, execution, and control of mechanical maintenance activities with a view to increasing the reliability of the production process. This course has a workload of 1200 hours and seeks students who are at least 14 years old, according to information from Senai.

Welding: 91.3%

With a workload of 1,200 hours, this program aims to qualify professionals to plan, supervise, and operate welding processes for the metalworking area, following technical standards for the environment, quality, and health and safety at work. The prerequisites continue to be a minimum age of 14 years.

Electrotechnics: 92.7%

This technical training prepares professionals to coordinate and execute installation processes, project development, and maintenance in electrical systems, buildings, industrial, and power systems in accordance with technical procedures and standards for quality, health, sustainability, and safety. The workload is 1,200 hours and the requirements remain the same.

Industrial Automation: 93.2%

This program includes 1,200 hours and aims to qualify professionals to develop and integrate solutions for industrial automation systems, taking into account standards, technical requirements, quality requirements, health, environmental, and workplace safety. The requirements demand a minimum age of 14 years.

Electromechanics: 94.4%

The technical course in electromechanics aims to train professionals for planning, performing, and controlling activities related to electromechanical maintenance, in accordance with technical, quality, environmental, and safety and health standards at work. With a workload of 1,200 hours, this course does not have a minimum age requirement.

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning: 94.5%

This program aims to qualify professionals in creating installation projects for refrigeration and air conditioning systems, following laws and technical standards for health and safety at work and utilizing best practices. The minimum requirement for this course with a workload of 1200 hours is 14 years of age.

Maintenance Mechanics: 94.7%

With a workload of 1600 hours, this training aims to provide professional qualification for performing mechanical maintenance of equipment, machines, and installations, with a view to increasing the reliability of the production process. The minimum age required is 14 years.

Food: 95.2%

In second place is the technical course in food, which aims to train professionals to industrialize food, conduct analyses, and coordinate food production, in accordance with legislation, requirements, and norms for quality and safety of food, health and safety at work, and sustainability. The workload is 1200 hours and the student must be at least 14 years old at the beginning of the course.

Mechanics: 96.5%

Concluding the list of technical courses with over 90% employability in Brazil, the mechanical technician aims to qualify professionals to act in production processes in the mechanical field, as well as in mechanical projects and maintenance, according to the technological management of the company and technical standards, quality, environmental, and health and safety regulations.
