The Available Spots in the Courses Are for English and Spanish Languages and Scholarships of 75% and 100% Will Be Available!

The Language Scholarship Program 2024 is open for enrollment in Manaus, offering a total of 38,264 spots for foreign language courses. The initiative, promoted by the Municipal Public Service School and Socioeducational Inclusion (Espi), aims to promote social and educational inclusion through language teaching, according to the site Segundo a Segundo.

The available spots in the language courses include full scholarships (100%), 75%, and 50% of the tuition fee in 16 language teaching institutions in the city. This means that students from various income levels will have the opportunity to benefit from the program.

Requirements for Participation in Language Courses

Students aged 10 and older residing in Manaus can apply for spots in the Language Scholarship Program 2024. Additionally, it is necessary to be enrolled in or have completed elementary education, have a per capita income not exceeding 2.5 minimum wages (R$ 3,530, at current values), and not be a beneficiary of a similar program maintained by the public authorities.
