Impressive Speed And New Possibilities
The new 10G network was implemented through a collaboration between Huawei and China Unicom. The technology used is 50G-PON, which allows download speeds of up to 10 gigabytes per second. This means large files, such as movies or games, can be downloaded in seconds.

Some reports classify Xiong’an as a “ghost town,” with few signs of active urban life.
Still, the launch of the 10G network represents an important milestone. While many countries continue to advance with their 5G networks, China showcases a potential path for the digital future.
