Ambev Announces Hundreds Of Internship Positions For Candidates From All Over The Country. These Are Roles Without Experience In Supply And Business. The Positions At Ambev Will Be Open Until April 9, So Don’t Waste Time!

The beverage manufacturer Ambev announced on March 17 the opening of its annual internship program with opportunities in all regions of Brazil. In total, there are over 140 positions without experience. Ambev seeks talents eager to grow through relevant projects that generate value and directly impact the business. Thus, these positions at Ambev are a great opportunity for those looking to grow professionally.

Main Areas With Available Opportunities In The Ambev Internship Program

The internship program that does not require experience offers opportunities in the following areas:

Supply

For those who see themselves working inside a brewery, malt house, soft drink company, or vertically integrated factory, this is the ideal world. The approved candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in the production of Ambev’s malt. 

Working in Supply also involves participating in the production of labels, aromas, cans, bottles, or caps. The candidate will be allocated in the company’s units in areas such as Beer Process, Non-Alcoholic Process, Quality, Engineering, Packaging, Finance, People & Management, Logistics, and Environment.

Business

In sales, candidates will work with the major people responsible for ensuring the entire beverage portfolio is well chilled, from your neighborhood grocery store to Zé Delivery, which arrives at your doorstep.

In the company, there are areas such as Market Intelligence, Results Measurement, Finance & Service Level (FNS), Sales, People & Management, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain, aiming to provide the best experience for their internal and external customers.

Requirements To Participate In The Internship Positions At Ambev

Interested candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, Teaching Degree, or Technology Degree, with graduation completion between August 2026 and August 2027, and must have availability to work on-site.

It is worth mentioning that, according to Brazilian legislation, technical courses are part of professional technical education at the secondary level and, therefore, are not considered for the positions at Ambev.

Additionally, candidates must also identify with the company’s culture and have an interest in learning through project development and direct contact with leadership. Interested individuals can apply until April 9 through the company’s career site. At the time of registration, candidates can choose their preferred unit and the Ambev environment they identify with the most.

The selection process for the internship positions will be hybrid, and the internship program will be on-site. To register, interested parties should visit the company’s website, read all the details of the selection process, and the benefits offered in the program.

Benefits Offered By Ambev

According to João Vitor Marinho, Director of People and Development at Ambev, many of the company’s directors started as interns. These are talents that the company discovered and had the opportunity to grow. Thus, it fosters these students to build a stable career, deliver excellent results, and grow with Ambev.

In addition to the scholarship, the amount of which has not been disclosed, the benefits offered by the opportunity include meal vouchers or on-site cafeteria, transportation vouchers or chartered buses, life insurance, pharmacy discounts, Wellhub (Gympass), and medical plan.

Within the internship program without experience, the company offers Representa, an initiative that adds some benefits aimed at Black students who are approved. Participation is optional and provides additional development opportunities.

Furthermore, all interns at Ambev will have the chance to participate in the League, the Ambev Intern League, an initiative that offers protagonism, leadership skill development from the beginning of their careers, and connection among interns from all over the country.
