In addition to concurrent and sequential courses to high school, integrated courses with Full-Time Professional High School (EMTI Professional) are also available.
This modality combines regular education and technical training from the beginning of the school journey, promoting a more complete educational experience.

The general coordinator of Integral and Professional Education at SEE/MG, Carla Torres Dias, emphasizes that “the expansion of the offer of technical courses in state schools reflects our commitment to guarantee young Minas Gerais citizens real opportunities for professional training, contributing to the development of skills geared towards the labor market. It is also a way to reduce disparities in access to professional education, reaching students from different regions of the state.”

The proposed methodology goes beyond theory and seeks to inspire students to undertake, whether in their own businesses or in projects within their communities.
This training has been gaining more and more relevance and has become one of the favorites among Minas Gerais students.

Learn How to Enroll in Free Technical Courses
The enrollment process is simple and straightforward. Interested individuals should directly contact the state school offering the desired course, according to SEE/MG guidelines. Therefore, it is important to check the specific deadlines of each institution.
When the number of applicants exceeds the total available slots, a public lottery is held to ensure selection in a fair and transparent manner.
Thus, all candidates have the same chance of securing a spot, regardless of the order of enrollment.
The courses are free and mainly aimed at high school students from the state network and graduates who wish to expand their professional opportunities through recognized technical qualification.
In case of doubts, interested parties can contact the State Department of Education directly via email: educacaoprofissional@educacao.mg.gov.br. The channel is available to clarify details about the programs, required documentation, and participating schools.
