Cultural Treatments Coordinator – Nova Alvorada do Sul
Requirements: Experience in the sugar-energy sector in Cultural Treatments for at least 5 years. This position reports directly to the Agricultural Manager.
Activities: Will develop planning, organization, and control of fertigation, herbicide, and fertilization activities; coordinate work related to the planning of the necessary material and human resources, according to needs, following instructions regarding production and quality of services; must ensure the execution of operational processes within appropriate performance and cost indicators to meet the budget and work plan, ensuring that any operational action is carried out safely, preserving the health and integrity of the team, and achieving the targets.

Requirements: A complete Technical High School degree in Electricity, Electrotechnics, Automation, or related fields is desirable; a minimum of 2 years of experience; NR10 certification; knowledge in motor maintenance and frequency inverters; availability for scheduling; residing in cities with transport availability for shifts to the units: Glória de Dourados, Deodápolis, Presidente Castelo, or Ipezal, in Mato Grosso.
Senior Instrumentation Technician – Rio Brilhante
Requirements: A complete Technical High School degree in Electricity, Electrotechnics, Automation, or related fields is desirable; a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical corrective maintenance in industrial equipment, frequency inverter parameterization; knowledge in industrial instrumentation; NR10 certification; residing in cities with transport availability for shifts to the units: Glória de Dourados, Deodápolis, Presidente Castelo, or Ipezal, in Mato Grosso.
