To apply for the INSS competition, candidates must have a higher education degree in medicine, in addition to being registered with the council. The initial salary varies according to the working hours, and works as follows:
- R$ 7.585,49 for 20 hours per week;
- R$ 11.377,24 for 30 hours per week;
- R$15.169,69 for 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities of the position open in the INSS competition
The Minister of Social Security, Carlos Lupi, reinforced that those approved in the competition for vacancies at INSS must remain for a minimum period in the initial position, with the aim of ensuring that cities that need experts have servers to reduce the waiting list. calls.
The intention to adopt the permanence clause has been in place since 2023, when, in a hearing at the Federal Senate, the minister Carlos Lupi commented on the possibility of newly approved candidates having to complete the minimum stay in the first batch and then request a transfer.
According to the authorization, the period between the publication of the INSS notice and the application of the tests will be two months.
It is worth mentioning that those who are approved for vacancies at INSS will be responsible for carrying out medical-expert activities, issuing a conclusive opinion regarding work capacity, inspecting work environments, characterizing disability for social security and assistance benefits, and carrying out other activities defined in the terms of the regulation.
How was the last INSS competition?
The last INSS notice for experts was published in 2011, when 1.875 vacancies were offered at INSS, 1.500 of which were for technicians and 375 for experts. The organizing committee at the time was the Carlos Chagas Foundation (FCC).
In the case of an expert, the selection process for the INSS competition consisted of objective tests and analysis of qualifications. The objective test had 80 questions divided into 30 questions for general knowledge and 50 for specific knowledge.
