Multinational BIC opens a selection process to work in August. The positions are in the areas of administration, law, economics, engineering, technology, and more, in its 2022 internship program. See below how to register your resume.
The program lasts up to two years, with the first 12 months in a Job Rotation model, where the intern works in different areas. During this period, the hired candidates will participate in a fun and collaborative development journey, which includes an annual goals plan, frequent check-ins and feedback, various trainings, the development of a project each year of the internship, and career mentoring.

Eligible are higher education students enrolled in courses of administration, law, economics, engineering, marketing, advertising, information technology, and other related fields, with knowledge of the Office Suite and intermediate English.
In addition to technical training, interested candidates must have some skills, such as results orientation, analytical ability, a constant desire to learn, good communication, and being collaborative.
The hired candidates will work in a hybrid model and, therefore, it is important to have availability to work during business hours at the company headquarters in Barueri, Greater São Paulo. They will be allocated in the areas of Finance (Business Controlling), Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Administration, Human Resources, IT, Supply Chain, and Legal.
