According to Banda B, the South Korean giant LG Electronics is about to revolutionize the Brazilian industrial landscape with the establishment of a new factory in the state of Paraná. The agreement between LG and the Paraná government promises to boost not only the local economy but also strengthen Brazil’s position in the global appliance market.

The city of Fazenda Rio Grande, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba, Paraná, was chosen as the privileged location to host LG’s new factory. This historic milestone, celebrated with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Governor Carlos Massa Ratinho Junior and LG’s Global President of Appliances and Air Solutions, Jaecheol Lyu, represents a significant step towards the economic and industrial development of the region.

With over 27 years of successful operations in Brazil, LG has already made its mark in the Free Trade Zone of Manaus (ZFM), Amazonas.
