New Model Presented At Agrishow Promises To Replace Up To Three Vehicles And Meets The Strictest Environmental Standards
The Scania, in collaboration with Megatec, introduced in May 2025, during Agrishow in Ribeirão Preto (SP), an innovation that promises to redefine agricultural transport: the 560 G 6×4 Super XT truck.
With an articulated structure and high load capacity, the model can operate with two transfer implements and transport up to 34 tons, easily surpassing the 22 tons of a conventional truck.
With the inclusion of an enlarged cargo box, this capacity rises to an impressive 40 tons.

While wine loses strength worldwide, Brazil fills the glass, breaks a historic record, and expands vineyards in a move that surprises experts.
In addition, the model stands out for its flexibility. By changing the implements, the operator can use the same truck for both sugarcane transfer and operations with vinasse or lime.
This eliminates the need for three distinct vehicles, as is the case in traditional configurations, reducing operational costs and enhancing efficiency.
The proposal is to provide rural producers with a versatile, economical solution that meets current environmental requirements.
Efficiency And Sustainability With Euro 6 Standard
The 560 G 6×4 Super XT is already fully adapted to the Euro 6 standard.
This certification replaces the old Euro 5 and establishes stricter standards for pollutant emissions.
While many producers still rely on outdated tractors that do not meet environmental standards, the new truck stands out for combining operational efficiency and ecological commitment.
In this sense, the model’s compliance with environmental legislation not only meets legal requirements but also provides the market with a modern alternative aligned with sustainable practices.
The transition to cleaner technologies is a growing demand in the agricultural sector, especially in large-scale operations such as sugarcane cultivation.
Structural And Safety Differentials For Heavy Applications
Another highlight of the 560 G 6×4 Super XT is its robust and functional design.
The team reinforced the front fairing, which ensures greater protection for the vehicle during journeys on rough terrain.
The 3-meter axle width prevents crushing of planting lines, contributing directly to the preservation of crops.
Additionally, the installed fenders and guards prevent sugarcane debris from entering hot parts of the engine, avoiding failures and fire hazards.
With these adjustments, the truck becomes ideal for severe usage environments, such as farmlands and light mining areas.
The reinforced technical construction ensures greater durability, while also providing more safety for both the operator and the machinery.
Powerful Engine And Superior Performance
The new Scania model features the D13 engine from the Super line, a six-cylinder inline engine with 560 horsepower and 286 mkgf of torque, available from just 950 rpm.
A high-pressure diesel injection system, operating at up to 250 bar, enables this performance.
The engine also includes dual valve control in the head, which improves combustion efficiency.
Paired with the engine is the G33 Heavy Planetary transmission, developed for severe and demanding applications.
This gearbox ensures quick responses, greater durability, and better torque utilization, essential elements for high-demand agricultural operations, such as sugarcane transport.
High Versatility And Resale Value
In addition to all the technological and operational advancements, the 560 G 6×4 Super XT was designed, above all, to be reversible.
In other words, all modifications can be undone, so the truck can revert to its original road version.
This ensures greater liquidity in resale and consequently extends the useful life cycle of the vehicle.
For this reason, this characteristic is crucial for fleet owners and producers who, above all, want to invest securely.
Thus, the truck is not limited to a single type of application; on the contrary, it can be adapted according to market changes and the seasonal needs of the agricultural sector.
