Opportunities Are for the Company’s Units in Joinville and Araquari (SC)

Joinville, November 2022 – In partnership with Senai, Ciser is opening its doors for young students from Joinville and the surrounding area to start their careers at the largest fastener manufacturer in Latin America. Through the Young Apprentice program, students can learn a new profession and put into practice everything they learn in Senai’s courses.

VACANCIES

There are 48 vacancies available for the courses of Industrial Administrative Assistant (5 vacancies), Mechanical Adjuster (6 vacancies), Manufacturing Operator (34 vacancies), and Electrical Maintenance (3 vacancies) at the Araquari unit. At the company’s headquarters in Joinville, there are 6 more vacancies for Industrial Administrative Assistant.

REQUIREMENTS

To be a young apprentice, the student must be between 18 and 23 years old*, have completed or be pursuing high school, and be available during the morning and afternoon periods.

Apprentices are entitled to benefits such as transportation vouchers, meals, health insurance, benefits card, group life insurance, pharmacy agreements with subsidies for medications, and profit-sharing (PLR).
