The prototype also features Parametric Pixel lighting at the ends and adopts the Aero Hatch profile, which combines aerodynamics and practicality for city life. The anodized effect finish and yellow details, also applied to the wheels, reinforce the model’s futuristic character.
Inside, Hyundai focused on simple and functional lines. Highlights include the customization options with “Bring Your Own Lifestyle (BYOL)” modules, allowing the environment to be adapted to the driver’s needs.
Additionally, the car includes a playful element named “Mr. Pix”, present in visual and interactive details, creating a unique experience.
The Concept Three also stands out for its use of recycled materials. The cabin features fabrics made from ocean waste, reclaimed wool, and lightweight aluminum foam.
This choice underscores Hyundai’s commitment to developing solutions with lower environmental impact while maintaining sophistication in automotive design.
Europe at the Center of the Electric Strategy
The presentation of the Concept Three confirms Hyundai’s priority to accelerate electrification in Europe. The brand has already announced plans to offer electric versions of all its models on the continent by 2027.
Furthermore, it plans to launch 21 new electric vehicles worldwide by 2030.
Today, approximately 80% of Hyundai cars sold in the region are manufactured locally, which helps meet the demands of European consumers.
The automaker is also investing in hydrogen technology development and in adopting renewable energy production processes.
Experience at IAA Mobility 2025
The Concept Three was showcased in an open space of 58 meters, inspired by the Parametric Pixel theme. In addition, Hyundai presented other studies, such as INSTEROID, and displayed models already available on the market, including the Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6 N, Ioniq 9, Kona Electric, and the newly launched Inster.
During the event, the public also had access to test drives with nine electrified vehicles, including plug-in hybrids such as the Tucson and Santa Fe, along with new offerings from the Ioniq line.
With the Concept Three, Hyundai signals its entry into one of the most competitive segments in Europe: compact electric vehicles. There is no confirmation yet on when or if the model will be produced globally. However, the concept clearly indicates the path the brand intends to take in the sustainable mobility sector.
