With the presence of 1,400 C-Levels, the Construsummit affirms itself as the largest management and technology event for the construction industry. The sixth and largest edition, held by Sienge, discussed the tax reform, artificial intelligence, and the labor shortage in Brazil, in addition to impressively generating 3.2 thousand business opportunities. The event took place at CentroSul in Florianópolis, gathering over 2,000 participants, including 900 companies representing construction firms, real estate developers, financial institutions, and other industry players.

In a space four times larger than the previous edition, the Construsummit recorded around 3.2 thousand potential new businesses among participating companies and the Softplan Group ecosystem. The event has consolidated itself as a great networking opportunity, promoting interaction, knowledge exchange, and valuable relationships. According to Ionan Fernandes, Executive Director of Softplan for the Construction Industry, the mission is to support the sector’s growth, ensure advances in tune with professionals, companies, and institutions, and promote dialogues and joint development.

Three main topics were discussed: tax reform, industrialization induced by the new taxation, and the diversification of financing in the real estate sector.
