Embraer, one of the largest aerospace companies in the world, announced an important free course to train 32 aeronautical production assistants. The program offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the aviation sector, qualifying participants technically for future job openings in the market.

Course Details

The free course will take place at SENAI Luiz Massa, in Botucatu, with a special emphasis on Mechanics, a crucial area for the production and maintenance of aircraft. Classes will be held in the afternoon, from 1 PM to 5 PM, with two classes available. The program is scheduled to start on October 7 and end on December 18.

This technical training aims to prepare participants to apply for future opportunities in the aviation sector. Selection for the course will be rigorous, requiring candidates to be 18 years or older, have completed high school, and pass an in-person test with logical reasoning and continuous improvement questions.

Selection Process
Registrations for the free course are open until September 22, and the in-person test will take place on September 28. Only the first 160 people registered who meet the eligibility criteria will be able to participate in the selection. One of these criteria is that candidates must not have previously worked at Embraer, as the course covers basic concepts aimed at those with no experience in the company.
Although the course is 100% free, expenses for transportation and meals during the class period will be the responsibility of the participants. The training is fully funded by Embraer, reinforcing the company’s commitment to professional development and creating opportunities for the local population.
