The initiative, conceived during the 16th National Health Conference, seeks to strengthen social control by empowering participants to act in supervising decisions and actions planned in SUS. With an expected start in March, the free course will be offered through the Fiocruz Virtual Campus, allowing facilitated access for all interested.

Participation and Social Engagement
The proposal also values the importance of social control in the public policy cycle, from formulation and execution to monitoring and evaluation.
With this training, the CNS expects health councilors at all levels – municipal, state, and national – to be able to act more actively and based on informed decisions, ensuring that the resolutions from health conferences are effectively applied and monitored.

The training is self-instructional, ideal for health councilors, SUS workers, and others specifically interested in the topic. Registrations for the free course are available directly on the Fiocruz Virtual Campus, ensuring broad accessibility.
The training also reflects the CNS’s commitment to strengthening social participation in the public policy cycle, aligning with the demands of the 17th National Health Conference.
