The year 2025 began with good news for those seeking free training in Niterói, in the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro. The Digital Urban Platforms (PUDs) have announced their first round of free courses, covering areas such as technology, innovation, and communication.

With technological advancement increasingly present in the job market, these opportunities represent a valuable chance for those who wish to qualify, acquire new skills, and expand their professional possibilities. The courses are an excellent gateway for those seeking continuous updating in an increasingly digital world.

Variety Of Courses For Diverse Areas Of Interest

Among the available options are courses in computer science, photography, introduction to computer networks, social media, Adobe, Python, video editing, drone piloting, and 3D printing. All training is offered free of charge by the City Hall of Niterói, through the Municipal Secretariat of Science, Technology, and Innovation, and includes certification at the end.

Modern Infrastructure And Access To Maker Culture

The PUDs are spaces designed to promote digital inclusion and foster innovation. Equipped with resources such as laptops, free Wi-Fi, podcast studios, and an environment focused on Maker Culture, these platforms provide essential tools for developing creative and entrepreneurial skills. 3D printers, laser cutters, and electronic embroidery machines are some of the equipment available to participants.
